Refund policy
1. Policy Overview
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Please check your order carefully upon arrival for correct sizing or any faults within this period.
2. Returns for Exchange
• If your item is the wrong size, we are happy to exchange it within 14 days of receipt.
• Please return the original item with tags and packaging intact.
• Include the Return & Exchange form provided, or if unavailable, a note with your name, order number, and exchange request.
• Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
• For overseas customers, a reduced shipping fee will apply for sending the replacement item.
3. Returns for Refund
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will confirm approval or rejection by email.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days and applied to your original payment method.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• If ordering from outside the UK, please mark your package clearly as 'Returned Goods' to avoid customs charges.
4. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received them.
• Tags and original packaging must be intact.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation/receipt) must be provided.
• We recommend using a tracked or signed-for postal service, as we cannot refund items not received.
5. Faulty or Incorrect Goods
• We accept returns within 30 days if an item is faulty due to a manufacturing defect.
• We may repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.
• Product colour fading, wear and tear, or damage caused by misuse, laundering, or accidents are not covered under warranty.
• If a replacement is unavailable within 10 working days, we will issue a refund.
6. Exchanges for Different Products
We cannot exchange items for a different product style. If you would like another product, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
• If you have not received your refund after the 7-day processing window, please first check your bank or card provider.
• Contact your card issuer or bank, as there may be delays before funds are posted.
• If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us directly.
