All orders are subject to availability.
You will receive an order confirmation email; this is not acceptance. A contract is formed when we dispatch the goods and payment is received in full.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (for example, suspected fraud, payment failure, or stock issues).
5. Pricing & Payment
Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
Payment methods are shown at checkout (major debit/credit cards, PayPal, etc.).
We may change prices at any time, but once your order is accepted, the price is fixed.
6. Delivery
We ship to the UK and internationally. Delivery charges are displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are provided but may vary; we are not responsible for delays outside our control.
Risk of loss passes to you once delivery is made.
7. Returns & Refunds
You have 30 days from receipt to return eligible items.

Refunds are processed within 7 days after inspection. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

We make every effort to display products accurately, but colours, sizing, and materials may vary slightly.
All protective ratings (e.g. CE certification) are supplied according to manufacturer standards.
Items are warranted against manufacturing defects only; normal wear and tear or misuse is excluded.

We may cancel or limit orders if information provided is false, incomplete, or misleading.
